Developed a web application for the foreign language department that visualizes student success in relation to the usage of tutoring resources on campus.
The newly interpolated data drove a 50% increase in funding, allowing more resources to be diverted toward student success.
Developed a RESTful API using Node.js with Express and MongoDB, and a front-end web application using React and Bootstrap with charts.js.
Worked in an Agile Scrum team of four working directly with a client switching off roles as a Product Owner and Developer over a 6 month iteration.

Rock Steady Boxing, 2019

Worked in an Agile team of four on an Android application for boxers with Parkinson's.
The Boxers with Parkinson's project is a way for coaches to digitize cumbersome paper files of their boxer's information and assessments.
Our team inherited the Boxers with Parkinson's app from a previous team to implement the final features and bug fixes to prepare it for the launch of version 1.0.

Contributed in an Agile team of 4 to build a website to automate connecting teacher/counselors with industry professionals to speak with high school students to help inspire them about their futures. Our team worked with a client to cohesively build a website of the client's vision from scratch.

GoalMine Mobile App

The GoalMine Mobile App is a tool that allows parents to log in on their phone for a quick reference and update on their special needs child's progress in school. The app allows for a child’s information to be loaded almost instantly, on the go, without having to log in from a browser showing all their essential information.

The Language Lab

The Language Lab is a web application for correlating student language lab attendance to language proficiency and overall school success. Developed a RESTful API using Node.js with Express and MongoDB, and created a front end web application using React and Bootstrap with charts.js. Worked in an Agile (Scrum) team of 4 as a Product Owner and Developer over 6 months using version control with GitHub and making adjustments based on Usability Testing.

The Boxers with Parkinson's Project

The Boxers with Parkinson's app stores all boxer data and assessment results digitally, replacing the need for cumbersome paper files and speeding up the assessment process. It's easy to use and accessible to boxers of all physical levels. The app uses a foundation of HTML, CSS, and Javascript and uses Cordova to convert the code into an Android application to be used on tablets. The Boxers with Parkinson's app is currently an Android only application and is going live in December 2019.

WTIA Connections

A web application that allows volunteer tech industry speakers to connect with high school teachers/counselors and request speaking opportunities. Set to help inspire students from over 200 high schools in Washington State. Still in the developmental stage.

The Ice Cream Shoppe

A mini web application that would give an ice cream shop the means to take customer orders and allow employees to view and fulfill those orders. Submitted orders are sent to an SQL database using PHP then queried and displayed on the employee's view order page.
